Coach Me!

I know it kind of looks like the “Easy Button” but it’s not.  I created the “Coach Me Button” because before I can coach you…you must want to be coached and be coachable.

What brought you here today?  Is it a desire to grow your business?  Maybe you are new to entrepreneurship or want to explore entrepreneurship.  Entrepreneurship is an amazing journey.  It will test you at all levels and it is the best “Personal Development” program I have ever taken.  It’s kind of like bungee jumping.  Instantaneous fear and exhilaration wrapped up one big jump.  The only difference is that as an entrepreneur you get to do it over and over.

I have learned over the years that most entrepreneurs go into business for more than a paycheck.  Yes, the money is important but more importantly, entrepreneurs want control of their destiny and to create freedom.  They are often visionaries who see what the world needs and they fill that need – they are in service of others.

This service of others is what most inspires me about working with entrepreneurs.  Sadly, I find many of these same entrepreneurs are not finding their “Tipping Point” for success.  They are passionate about their product and customers but something is missing.

If you have done any study of personal development, you have heard of Maslow and his Hierarchy of Needs.  The top of his pyramid lists “Self Actualization” as the ultimate in personal happiness.  I believe entrepreneurship is one of the best ways to find that happiness which I like to call Freedom.  Freedom to show up REAL in the world.  Sharing all of your gifts.

I find it to be a travesty if your entrepreneurial journey does not reach your VISION for its success.  The world is a lesser place when we are not fully self actualized.

Coaching is a partnership between a coach and a client uncovering the client’s greatness…creating linear and quantum shifts for the client.  The results created are both meaningful and lasting.
